To maintain the integrity of our low-latency infrastructure and localized gaming experiences, we require all users to adhere to the following framework. By accessing runorya.space, you enter into a binding agreement designed to protect both the creators and the competitors.

This document is updated periodically to reflect shifts in Turkish digital gaming regulations and new engine-level API releases from global partners like Google and Apple.
Method Note: Our enforcement approach is evaluated based on robustness against latency manipulation and risk mitigation for local payment gateways like Papara or iyzico.
Eligibility
Access to Runorya is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service under the laws of Turkey and your local residency.
Registration Requirements
- / Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the account creation process.
- / Sharing account credentials with third parties for the purpose of 'rank boosting' or 'latency testing' is strictly prohibited.
- / Multi-accounting to bypass competitive bans will result in a permanent hardware ID (HWID) suspension across the Runorya network.
The software, technical schematics, graphics, and performance benchmark algorithms on Runorya.space are the exclusive property of Runorya. This includes our proprietary custom UI systems and engine-level tweaks designed for mid-range Android devices common in the Turkish market.
Permitted Use
Personal, non-commercial use of the applications for entertainment purposes ONLY.
Restricted Action
Reverse engineering, data-scraping, or redistribution of assets without written consent.

Financial Protocols
Runorya integrates with local Turkish payment processors (Papara, iyzico) to ensure regional accessibility. All transactions are final. We do not provide refunds for digital goods once the service has been provisioned to your account, except where required under Turkish Consumer Law.
Trade-off: Latency vs. Battery
Runorya's optimization suite requires consistent hardware performance. Usage on devices with thermal throttling or in areas with limited mobile bandwidth may affect the gameplay experience. Continued use implies acceptance of these hardware-specific performance variations.

Prohibited Behavior & Termination
Cheating & Mods
Use of external scripts, memory editors, or network traffic manipulation to gain a competitive advantage result in immediate banishment.
Botting Networks
Automated accounts used for farming or artificial performance inflation strain our Turkish data center nodes and are purged weekly.
Exploit Reporting
Users who discover security flaws or engine exploits are encouraged to report them to info@runorya.space rather than utilizing them.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Runorya, its localized partners, or hardware providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or thermal damage to mobile devices caused by intentional hardware overclocking during gameplay.
